I recently moved to Seoul for work and am currently looking for a one-room or small studio near Itaewon, Noksapyeong, or Yongsan.

My budget is around ₩700,000–₩1,000,000 per month, and I'm hoping to find a place that's:

• Close to public transportation 🚇

• Foreigner-friendly 🌍

• Has basic furniture included 🛏️

• Available for move-in this month

I've checked a few listings online, but it's difficult to know which areas are best for foreigners and which real estate agents are trustworthy.
