Where can I find 24-hour hospitals for emergencies in Seoul?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering — if someone suddenly gets sick late at night (like high fever or severe pain), where do people usually go in Korea?

Are there hospitals in Seoul that are open 24/7 for emergencies, especially ones that are foreigner-friendly or have English support?

Also:

• Do I need to call before going?

• Are emergency rooms very expensive here?

• Is it okay to just walk in?

Would really appreciate if anyone can share hospitals they’ve actually used or recommend 🙏
